SusanSMITHFollowing a brief illness, suddenly on Wednesday 1st March 2017 Susan of Lan Farm, Waungilwen, West Wales passed away aged 77 years, beloved wife of Clive and much loved mother of Karl, Nicholas, and Sarah; cherished grandmother of Rachel, Millie, Emma and Hannah; Susan will be affectionately remembered by all who knew her. A private cremation service will take place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth. Family and friends are invited to meet at Afallon Funeral Home, Penrhiw-pal, Llandysul, SA44 5QH on Friday 17th March at 12.30pm for a dedicated service of remembrance.
